BEWARE: I got a GAME BAN because of removing this game from my account through steam support

So because of my little leisure time and Lost Ark's high server queues, I decided to remove the game permanently through steam support because I didnt want to have a game in my library reminding me of wasting money on a founders pack on a game I wont be able to play.

But lo and behold, I recieved a game ban, which means my account will forever be branded with a redness, tarnished on my used-to-be innocent and vacbanfree account since 2009.

Buyer beware, just hide the game dont permanently remove it, cause you will get a ban and there is nothing either amazon support OR steam support can or will do about it!

EDIT: Sorry, the title originally stated that it was a vac-ban, but upon further investigation it seems it was a game ban. It still doesnt explain why I got the ban just for deleting the game. The amazon customer service stated that when I removed the game it might have been interfered by another application. Discord maybe?

That's a lie. I know people that removed game from library and they never got a game ban from that. you must have refunded a DLC or broke the game TOS somehow.

Tell me how to prove you wrong and I will :) You cant refund this game, because as it also states on the support site the founders pack is consumable content not actual game, which makes the refund not usable.

I still have it in my library because I thought if I restore the permanently removed game which you can through the steam support channel, MAYBE they would remove the ban, which they unfortunately didnt..

That's weird considering Lost Ark uses EAC and not VAC.

Because I didnt want to look at it in my library. I know that sounds crazy, but wouldnt you want to hide something you regret spending money on? Thats at least how I operate.

The thing is, Lost Ark is not a VAC enabled game, so no.... This game didn´t cause you to get VAC... VAC gewt exclusively file tampering, it has nothing to do with refunds.

And, its 100% automated, no developer can issue VAC bans.

I agree, I changed the post to match the actual ban I got. However it still doesnt explain the reasoning behind it. I remove a game = get a game ban?
