Im stuck in iLvl460 mission

I'm now iLvl490 but still dont get the [New Voyage] mission, it appear to be blocked to be a Raport mission with Ealyn, but I cant do it right now because it needs 220 kindness and 220 wisdom, and with all sidquests and the hidden storys I'm +-140 in both.

you either need to upgrade your ship to lvl 3 or it's already lvl 3. Press J and look for a quest relating to ship upgrades.

Rapport mission is different.

Progression has nothing to do with any rapport mission. After North Vern you should get two purple quests, one will talk about upgrading a ship to lvl 4, the other will say something about going to a hazardous area of sea to see if you're prepared to proceed. The latter one can be done in any ship, just do that, then the follow up will tell you to go dock in Rohendel.

Could you already have one of the quests? it happened to me with this exact one.

I've already got that one saying to go to Rohendel, and I have a ship level 4(the icebreaker one), the quest have a letter on it with the requirements, I havent seen anything about the ship, it must be the 1st one???

maybe you accepted the quest on your roster? check the roster square in the quest adventure guide, might be there

If noone has this quest, maybe you completed it already. If you completed Wall of Procyon and A New Voyage I believe you can just sail to Rohendel.

Validate/complete the one Rohendel. If it's still showing in your quest journal, the next quest won't start.

The Wall of Procyon still there, Im actualy playing with only one character in the roster, the ploblem is that [A New Voyage] and [Wall of Procyon] quest are not there yet.
I will try to upgrade the 1st ship to level 3, later, when I can play.

I'll check if there is any option later, but I think it only shown "Abandon" or "Locate".

You need to make the quest appear in your quest log on the right of the screen, so you can click on its title to validate/complete it.

guys, the quest was right there in the quest journal, telling me to go to Wisdom Isle, maybe I am just blind
