I don't understand Map Exchange

The game doesn't let me trade in any maps in the map exchange.
Anyone know how it works?

Pretty useless video - didn't solve my issue of why my maps are all greyed out and not accepted.

This is the problem when you try to rush things - you always make mistakes.

More importantly 20 minutes? That's insane.

Are you using the maps you get from questing? I'm not entirely sure those work. I'm pretty sure that map exchange mechanic is meant for the maps you get from Chaos Gates and exchanging rift shards

@JeckyLL So... in a world where you never go to forums to get questions answered... wth is the point of the forum in the first place? I guess it's a place to go to tell other people how stupid and lazy they are. You know you could do that on the street in front of your house... and you'd be getting some fresh air.

Like majority of mmos nowadays, also this game has been a huge success so there are gonna be even more new players unfamiliar with the genre.
