Crescent Island Randomly Teleporting Tooki

So I decided to go back and check if Crescent Island rabbit spawns were changed to my surprise they were yay for that. However on my adventure around the island slaughtering rabbits I came across a tooki. Now this tooki has never been here before and he more or less stays still for 1 second then teleports away stating "catch me if you can" now because I know this is probably the WOW equivalent to timeless proto-drake about to happen I want to just see if anyone can save me from countless hours of trying to kill this tooki. Does anyone at all have any information on this dude.

those exist see with the 25+ bots spamming in major cities I didn't know if mods were actually real because if they were doing their job correctly the bots wouldn't be there as often.

Same question here, I saw him at Crescent Isle and I tried to get him but he teleported somewhere and I dont know if I can see him again
