silver is not something you need to worry about as you get heaps by doing content
so if you need pots to do the said content, buy them
At the start of the game you are silver strapped and worried about if its ok to spend silver
You can either keep killing stuff (as they all drop pots as you go) to get them back or just buy up 100 pots of x type and keep moving
I've always wondered what happens if you run out of the content, though...
Monsters dropping 0-4 silver or something like that, unless you happen you to come across one of those with the symbol on the map, isn't even going to pay for the traveling anytime soon...
It's been the opposite for me. I've had no silver issues back on EUC, and I certainly don't have silver issues on EUW -- they gave me 500K or so right at the start, and it's between 1.4 and 1.5 million now. There are plenty of quests, and they are all bunched together to you don't need to travel a lot.
But... quests are not repeatable.
Yeah, I've only recently moved up from the 70 or so apprentice potions that I got at the beginning of the game to normal(? don't remember for sure) one because I had a stack of 999 and some smaller stack. In the meantime, I'm collecting all the other types...
They do feel kind of weak, though, so I might actually move to beefier ones eventually... enemies are starting to do some actual damage (I'm doing Arthentine or whatever the country is called atm), and with a squishy sorceress that can actually hurt. Maybe she should consider putting on some armor... going through several "continents" by now, she should have noticed that no enemy, not even the human ones, gets distracted by her showing off her features.
Crafting is waaaay too expensive for my taste; it requires gold and I have no source for that right now. Same reason I stopped researching -- I've completed all silver researches a while back, now everything needs gold or pirate coins (and doing missions gives me a few of those, but getting them in the thousands would take forever, so I'm not burning them on research).
Silver is easier to get than gold
Buy the HP pot to your ilvl with silver and keep playing
there's weekly/daily stuff to give you each of the game's resources (unfortunately that's what the game boils down to in endgame, daily/weekly stuff, more alts, etc until more content, but until you get to that point its fun)
Carry the best potions your level allows. Silver is plentiful.
You have 187 hours. You should know by now most silver does not come from trash mobs
You shouldn't been talking to them ,

Oh no, you are so wrong about that. At some point you need more then 1 Million silver vor 1 Upgrade

You need to farm silver soon or you will get into bigger problems then you think.
Getting 1-2 chars to do the dailys for silver is the best thing you can do.
Big agree, went into T3 with 2mill silver, down to 300k, 50k silver per upgrade.
