How do you give your alt gear from raids/end game?

I'm trying to pass some accesories and gear to my roster storage and it doesnt let me ? How do you transfer gear to your alt to help them out?

Mail, but they have to be on that tier to get it.

yeah you need the achievement for the item level first

You need to look at the items. It will say Bound to roster. those can be stored in the roster storage. Also items deemed as tradeable can be stored in the roster storage. Any item that is bound cannot be traded or placed on the market place. Hope this helps.

I always lack in green/blue/red gems for honing and have lots of leap stones..
