My item level went down went down?

so i was at 1033 on my beserker and went to hone some gear to raise this up. after doing the honing when I checked my level I went down to 713.33?

WTF?
I can go into honing and it still shows I can upgrade and hone all of my gear, but in the "P" Character screen it shows me with no shoulder and no pants, but I can hone these items still?
What happened?
the character screen shows earned level is still 1033.33?

IS this a bug or do I need to file a support ticket?
It also still shows me at 1033 in my guild page.

its prob in your inventory. Maybe try putting it back on?

if you did an exchange it should be in your inventory.

Although no pants on should be a meta these days.

I just did this and yes, after a gear transfer, its in your inventory.

I do this all the time and have a mini freakout. With me it's because I've just done a gear transfer or 2 and I don't notice it right away because I have a skin on.
