Excavating maps ?
when crafting Excavating map, does higher tier maps give you higher chance on finding higher grade tools ? or is it just higher grade materials you get ?

does anyone know? dont wanna waste material for higher tier maps if low tier has the same chance :/

Higher tier maps have better loot pools in general. You get better excavating materials, and higher tier enhancing items.

ok. so T1 and T2 maps are not worth crafting ? was just wondering since T1 is the cheapest to craft, if it has the same chance on dropping kits as T3 has, since I just want to find Master/Expert kits so I can craft those tools

If you are looking strictly for expert/master kits then I'd stick with Punika maps.
