PSA: There is a quest chain that teaches you how to fight each Guardian

Frost Haven Island is where it picks up. Its a continuation of the "Guardian Investigator" questline that you probably completed while leveling. You get a ton of gold and other goodies as well. Pay attention to the dialog because she will tell you were to go next, there are no map markers or quest logs to lead you to the next step.

No idea why they made this so hard to find/follow. It is really useful for new players trying to learn Guardian raids. good luck and happy hunting.

Sorry Foggy Ridge is where you complete the first part and then go to Frost Haven Island to start the rest of the quest chain
