Takes 30-minutes to craft a major hp potion....
....while i can get three in a minute by bashing a mob.

Makes total sense.

The % HP pots is for dungeons useable for raids / dungeons anywhere. You can't use F1 Potions on raids.

Named elite mobs can drop battle items, % pots included. But you can't really farm them. It looked like they have a drop CD. There are some farming routes out there. Is it worth it? Hardly.

But overall you are correct. % pots != normal pots
