To clarify, you don't use quick back up, unless you are about to get hit by a combo. Keep the CD for something dangerous. The CD is long for a reason.

Fantastic point, the average player logs so much of their time doing Guardian Raids that doing them faster is basically not playing the game.
They are not just doing them faster. They pay someone who is hilariously overgeared that he can solo it basically. They have to not learn a thing, just watch someone else do the works. That is the epitome of not playing or is your definition of playing the mere act of logging onto a character?
You're right, it's not possible to learn anything by getting carried and I'm sure that player will spend more than 90% of all their playtime being carried and learning nothing about the game.
