Una's Task - Talk to Pirate Black Market Merchant (Something Like That)

Can someone explain to me how this quest work? I accepted an Una's Task that send me to Freedom Isle, when reaching here, I had something like 5 minutes to talk to 10 Pirates from Black Market Merchant, or something like that. After completing 6/10 they stopped to increase the number, I kept talking and they didn't count... Another player was doing this quest with me, we end up to 8/10 and then we failed.

Can someone explain to me how, precisely, this quest work? Do I need more players to complete the quest? Can I only progress by myself 3 times or something like that? What's going on?

Ok... The quest just reappeared... I think I understood, we need to find the true pirate, he kinda multiplies himself with a lot of fakes, and we must find the real one 10 times to complete... WE DID, we completed the task, but what now? There's no place to click on something to do something, we completed the task, but where's the progress? I'm confused with those Una's Task, I just didn't get it.

you need to find 10 and 3 there is 10 that is event, run arround til quest finish in time.

I did another quest here, the Panda one... This one was easy to understand, first I killed some bamboo, then I gave to the big panda, I sang for the small pandas, yada yada, after finishing the quest, I saw the quest there, it didn't disappear like the other, I was able to claim my reward, the other one I wasn't able to claim the reward.

NOW the panda quest updated itself, I must roll with the small pandas, fix some wooden planks, and find the golden bamboo, but when I try to deliver to the big panda, it says I can't COMPLETE more tasks, so I need to return other day... This means I can do a lot of Una's Task but just complete a limited number per day, is that it?

Like, 3 or 4 per day? So... I could have something like 20 Una's Task already done, with the ? mark, but I would have to wait something like 6 or 7 days to fully complete them? Those Una's Tasks are hard to understand, hard to follow.
