[ADVICE] Unjustified ban + proof that Amazon ban for no valable reasons

1rst sorry for my bad english I'm french.

So, 10 days ago Amazon have ban my account from the game. Btw I have stop playing the game 1 week before that ban.... First weird thing.

10 days ago I have write to ban appeal in my language, so French and they answer that that I cheat :

After some research and find that a lot of others players are in the same case and have been ban for thing they don't do, I decide to contact the english support.
And you know what, today they tell me I'm a coin seller. So that's the proof that Amazon games studio do what they want and don't know why they ban us, this is the mail :

If you were one of those players that got banned for no reason you either:

a.) converted a lot of crystals to gold and then bought mats from the marketplace
b.) made a lot of gold from selling stuff on the marketplace (mats, engravings, etc)
c.) made a lot of gold from the T3 secret map at the portals

That isn't proof that you didn't cheat though. I'm not saying you did btw, all youv done is shown us that you have been banned.

I have don't do any of that things. I have play the game normal and don't know what t3 look like I was lvl 37 if I remember.
I always convert stuff to material, I have not use any crystal, I have not use crystalline aura too.

And for one who say that 2 mail are not a proof, you are wrong. It's a proof that they don't know why they ban players like me. First mail say I cheat, and second one 10 days after say I'm a gold sellers.

If I was a cheater I'll just create a new account and continue cheating. Please be smart when you answer to someone. It's a free 2 play game, cheaters just create new account everytime they get caught (I think)
And I made this post to inform people that they can get banned from day to day for nothing.

A guy have post today that he have buy for 1500$ on the store of the game and get perma ban for cheat. Imagine the poor guy. That's not fairplay from a gaming company like amazon to let a bot ban players. Thats the first time in my 30 year old gaming history I get banned for a game.

Nope, majority of cheaters arent that smart actually. Goldsellers have everything set up to make new accounts constantly.

Appeal on the ban instead of trying to get some emotional sympathy here. They have people checking the cases, theres already at least one person who got unbanned after they checked him again.

Ah it was there,you appealed. Ban stayed. So confirmed fact, You cheated or bought gold and got banned for it. Case closed.

Nothing you say we cant believe,its internet. Only real fact currently is you are banned.
