Rohendel Knowledge Transfer confusion

So i have my Main which is currently in feiton or whatever, i have my first alt is in yorn and has done the knowledge transfer for rohendel and yorn, im trying to do rohendels knowledge transfer on a 3rd character and it's saying "char. who completed the quest 2/3" do i have to replay rohendels story on my 3rd character? if so wtf is the point then lol my character is 460 which is the req.

That 2 of 3 isn't an error message. Its just saying 2 of your 3 characters have that content done. So that wouldn't be what is stopping you.

is it a bug then because the character is 460 i just sailed to rohendel on them to see if that would do anything it's saying i have to complete ratik but isn't that literally the last mission in that islands story

Did the knowledge transfer on the 3rd character complete partially? Or can you not start it at all? because if its saying you only need the last quest, maybe you just need to visit Beatrice again.

its not letting me start the transfer at all "you have unmet conditions"

Oh, was your 3rd alt power passed? That is a bug i believe.

Also, to be clear. The alt needs to be 460. Which i think you said is the case.

Ive talked to other people and said that you have to do the story on every other alt

I dunno either. I knowledge transfer only to Vern on all my alts

see the confusing part is, my 1st alt character was power passed but i got to do the knowledge transfer for rohendel on it maybe the games just broke xD

same problem here did u already have an solution? ( i powerpassed my first to alts and with knowledge transfer the others to vern now i want to transfer few of them to rohendel but it wont work
