So... if anyone knows what the birth dates for Rapport NPC does, please let us know.

Well if that is the case, it feels to me that at some point the NPC birthdays were supposed to do something, but never got implemented. If for example, on a NPC's birthday you got double Rapport points, for noticing and doing Rapport tasks on their Birthday. Or even a single bump, like have a quest / chat option to wish them a Happy Birthday that would give you 500 or 1000 Rapport points. Personally, for it to be hidden, as in I just gave you double points would be better than a quest / chat option bonus. That would reward people who paid attention to the NPC's details. Just my 2 cents.
