Could not connect to game Mari server

Was in Shushire on Berserker and the game basically ended up crashing in town. Figured I was done for a while so came back the next day and now my berserker keeps getting the error "could not connect to game" Which is infuriating after sitting in queue for a while. All my other characters can log in perfectly fine but not my main.

Some google searches are showing this is an issue only with Mari characters as of 7-8 hours ago. Even on the main forums there have been posts from when it first happened which is when I decided to call it.

Rip my dailies, hopefully this is fixed before tomorrows reset.. what's weird is support tried to help and disconnected my character but it didn't take and my character is still appearing online in-game so currently no solution at least for my case. I thought I was in limbo but my character is actually in purgatory! Missing so much right now.

I had this issue, I contacted support via the live chat and they moved my character which fixed the problem. Hope this helps!

How long did it take them to move your character? Was it right away or did they have to make a ticket?
