Character deletion

How do i delete the main character in a server?

Please take note, that this is the only character in that region, there is no other characters so to switch with it and then delete it.
...simply coz i did not have any friends to play with in that specific region and server and i created a character in another region and server to be playing with some friends.

I cannot delete it now, it says the main character cannot be deleted on registration date or something.
Then it gives a timer of being able to delete it, but after the timer runs out, there will not be any other characters to switch places with it, so to delete it after.

Why delete it? If you playing on a another server just let it sit there.

If there is no option of deleting it, i will just let it sit there, yea.
But i just wanted to see if there is an option that i am not aware of to totally remove even the main character from there.

i did read it once the 24 hours goes by, you just simply select the character on the screen once more, and on the bottom of the right side of the screen there is a delete button that looks like a garbage can. Click that and it goes away

will it work even if it is the main character though?
coz i only have 1 character there, only that one, in that region and server.

You can't delete the main, you need to transfer it to another after 24 hours of it's setting, then wait the another 24 hours for the timer, then click the delete button again.

if level 11 and above = 24hrs before u can finalize deletion + 60 days reusing the name again. > :D

Yes, yes you can. I had a character on a server to play with a friend and deleted it exactly as Celtic stated and it was gone after the 24hrs. It was my only character on that server.
However, there is one thing that remains. If you made any "Roster" progress, that level stays. I leveled my Roster to 3 and I can still see it when I click on the server to create a new character.

it would be nice if i can delete it, even if it is the very main character, and the only one in there.
i guess i will see tomorrow, coz i am waiting for the timer to run out and then try to delete it.
i do not mind the roster progress, i just want the character gone.

same topic, i have 2 paladins, i play the second one. The first one was a test char and not playing it anymore since i missed a few topics with it and messed it up. I created the 2nd paladin a day ago but am not able to delete the 1st one since it says its the main. So wondering how to make the 2nd paladin the main character ?

Ok....found out at top right of screen there is a swap character spot option. Was able to edit the positions of the char slots.

in the character page, top left corner, you click on the avatar thingy and then a pop up appears and you can set up a different main.
then go through the process of deleting the other one, like mentioned to above posts.

you can even delete the main, even it is the only one in the character page, like some of the people mentioned above.

Yes it works with the main character, if he is the last one of this server. You just have to wait.

The reason is, you'll lose everything roster bound for this server. So they make sure, that you really, really, really want to delete that.
