Bugs can't talk in area chat or teleport to stronghold

Has anyone else encountered these bugs? Started when I logged in today. The area chat bug gives error code: 32006. Stronghold I play the song and the meter finishes, but never teleports me to the stronghold.

I'm getting a different bug on my alt where I can't dock at Yorn for some reason. The screen is just black but when I press buttons it sounds like something is happening.

I am not able to teleport to my stronghold right now.

They are aware of an issue with characters not being able to log in, port, teleport, or even play the game for those on Mari. It's only Mari that is having this issue as far as Im aware

I'm also in Mari server, i'm having the same bug. I have research and dispatch finished but i can't go into my stronghold to claim it

i just restarted the game and checked integrity of game files and the problems fixed themselves..

I tried that yesterday as well. nothing worked for me :(
