Main Story Questline and Alts

I started a paladin and decided to make him my main when the game first launched. He is 500 gear score and is on the beginning of the Shushire questline. I started a Sorc who I really like and would like to make her my main and to do to main story quests with her. She is at 480 gear score.

Am I able to somehow transfer the main story quest to my sorc instead of having to complete it on my paladin? I switch her as the "Main" on the character select page but I still don't have any of the main quests.

Should have got a power pass after completing Vern. That should do it, for the most part. After using it, she should be able to skip most of the story content through Vern.

Her sorc is already 480 gs lol I think she's done vern by now.

Try knowledge transfer in stronghold. I personally wouldn't waste it tho when she's already that close. Its much better to use knowledge transfer for fresh alts.

I mean, at that point she'd basically be already at the point of their main, since that just started Shushire. But I agree that if the sorc is that close, may as well just switch to it and power through.

I should have stated this. My sorc did the Vern knowledge transfer at level 10 for 600 gold after I just created her. Is there still anyway I can get the main quest line if I did it this way?

So many players jumped into Lost Ark thinking they knew everything about the game from watching a few YT videos and then crying foul after the fact because players were too busy rushing to check and make sure their information was correct.

I think the 'Main' quests is just to find the Lost Arks, so completing the next area on any character should advance it? So doing the next area on your Sorcerer should give you the next ark and add it to Trixion. You could check the sorcerer's quest list to see if any of the 'main' quests have shown up there, they won't be automatically active. Joining a friendly guild has helped me sort some of these issues out

Your MSQ isn't important on WHICH character does them. For 1, ALL characters will have to do the MSQ beyond VERN (rhoendel and beyond) unless you use KT to skip them at increasing gold costs)
But you can switch your main at any time at NO LOSS in terms of story. Your main gains nothing extra for being your "main".
