Locked Islands
Hi there,

why are some islands that say they're always open sometimes locked? Like can't dock. Thanks for the clarification in advance.

wondering myself. like says bi frost unavailable for tooki island , i need to go there!

Bifrost is unavailable because the island basically doesn't exists until it spawns ^^
