Your account bought them, your account redeemed them. Why would or should Steam essentially give you a do over?
Yes, I fully understand your desire for a do over... I vote no, not only no, but hell no.
Being a different Steam account should let you start the game from scratch on the same server
Bye bye the packs, but you let someone else use them, so, this is normal
Dont feel bad for me... feel bad for yourself, your own actions caused the problem you are suffering from.
Obviously, voting for a "right" to reset a game account of a game in which all purchases of ingame goods clearly are final and non-refundable is plain stupid, and maybe shouldn't be presented in a public forum, to avoid, well, looking stupid.
I would also reward any supporter who's at least trying to give you the impression of wanting to help you fix your personal mess outside of any terms of use with a public suggestion to spam them with unreasonable requests, I'm sure that's appreciated.
I hope the reality check you're about to receive teaches you a valuable lesson, be it about being a responsible adult who keeps up a healthy level of communication within his family, or about telling better bs stories to ask for special treatment after simply regretting a personal decision on how to use ingame purchases. Either way, a lesson about taking responsibility.
The sheer audacity to write 14 support tickets (in plain text, after hearing 13 explanations on how the request can't be granted), disgusts me. Unreasonable people who always feel special and entitled like you don't deserve support of any kind. Have some dignity.
you get a powerpass x 2 by completing the Vern main quest line (you get 1, use it and get 2nd after the first is used)
This gives you 2 more 302 alts at level 50
You can do a whole bunch of content with each character each day so there's no point in resetting an account, just keep making alts and moving forward
Don't forget you can grind the chaos dungeons/do tower 2nd time on 2nd char+ for more upgrade materials
You are not locked out of T1 mats even if you completed all islands, the daily content will flood you back up in no time to T2
I think his issue is that there's a LOT of stuff that's roster-wide that he didn't get to do because his kid did it all. Honestly, I could see them resetting his account, but not giving him the founders pack stuff again, since that's one-time bought DLC. It's not really on Amazon/Smilegate or even Steam that his kid logged into his account and took it.
my response was to Avisto who thought he somehow stuffed up because he used mats on the wrong class to go T1-T2 and explaining there's no wrong path, its all alts and dailies at the endgame so just keep making characters with powerpass and go forward
