Here is the thing: I was traveling (job) and my son claimed both plat founder's pack and my vanquisher, also he created a char in the server I want to play with my friends so I'm unable to get my packs and also unable to start from scratch because the roster is lvl 50+

So after 14 tickets to smilegate (official site) I just get in contact with an Amazon Games representative (chat) and they created a ticket what will be send to the dev engineers to look into my case. I'm expecting a 3 - 5 days reply. I just want an account reset, nothing else.

I don't know if this is going to work, but i'm pretty sure if you FLOOD THE HELL out the Amazon Games representatives, they should push SmileGate to provide a better support. JUST DO IT!

You're being lied to. Standard customer representative responses. Being pushed to another person to deflect responsibility does not mean the issue will return favorably, it just means you were annoying the representatives giving you answers you didn't want to hear.

No way they're going to reset your account. There have been people on the official forum who cried their souls out after EUW has been released, as they claimed their 4 founder packs on EUC which was literally unplayable (queues, broken matchmaking etc.). So that one was on Amazon/Smilegate and they still refused to refund those people or reset their accounts. Yes, there were many asking for a full account wipe.
This one is on you (or your son if he is old enough) which makes it even less likely for some to do anything at all.
Best thing you can do? Just try to forget it ever happened and enjoy the game. If you still own the skins but you have not used them yet: Sell them on the market place for gold so your main can at least profit from it.

Still, I wish you the best and I really hope they make an exception for you.

why does your child have access to your steam account and claimed all purchases you made without your knowledge and now you want the game company to fix it when everything worked as intended??

is your child old enough to be playing Lost Ark?

*edit* why not just buy more packs on a 2nd account, get your kid to play on that one and you carry on the first one

This isn't a problem with the game, there is zero reason to reward you with a reset.

Honestly I hope you don't get it as there's a good reason we can't reset accounts. The contents of the founder packs were tradeable. If you could just reset acounts freely, people would be doing that left and right to flood the market with packs and claim the goods with alt accounts.

hehehe merika!. Don't like the taste of food, refund my money even though I consumed it all. A better proposal is to ask Smitegate to have a server transfer for $99.99 or Region transfer for $999.99. I bet people would buy those.

Given that it is your fault (or your son fault having access to your account...so, in the end, yopur fault), there is no reason for them to do it...apart for pure courtesy

But he he was spamming me because of his own fault, i wouldnt bother at all...the guy would end up in the spam bin

you make it sound like you can reset roster / characters (which you can do by deleting the characters, making a level 10, setting it to main, then deleting the last 50) and still keep the founder packs you've already used on the account and characters

While i agree that skins should be a form of account wide transmog so if you claimed it for one Assassin any assassin you made in the future could wear it too (or even better, 1 plat skin for each character you made since you cashed up $99) in its current format the character its used on, if deleted, takes the skin with it

So im not sure what a reset of account would do

Why not just buy your son a Vanq pack and set up a 2nd free account for them to play Lost Ark with?

Since i've heard you say nothing about how you felt about them playing on your account without your knowledge or approval so i would assume you're ok with them doing that
