what to do with these two items
Radiant Zagoras Crystals and Stone of sage.
bought those from vendor both of them but no clue what they are used for

From this database it looks like it an item that can be turned into Powder of Sage. Use Codex in game to see how that can be used for anything in game. Codex is the main help or library that you can find in game. Look below minimap for different shortcuts/Widget and there you should be able to find Codex among other shortcuts like Market and Parrty finder.
