No 2nd Powerpass?

I just finished my 2nd characters beginner stuff to receive the 2nd boost I used it but in the menu it won't let me boost another character it says I don't have one Is this a bug anyone having the same issue?

Unless they changed it, I heard you get 2 passes only if you don't skip any cut scenes.

I got my second powerpass after I boosted my first char, somewhere in Vern. Unfortunately can't say if there are more conditions, that have to fit.

I appreciate the replies but as my questions states I’ve already boosted 1 character to 50 got the 2nd boost through the mail but when I go to make a 3rd alt it says I don’t have a powerpass

Uh, I overread this somehow. Ok and you have for sure got it out of the mail and used it (in your inventory of the char that recieved the mail)? (Just asking, cos otherwise I'm out of ideas, sorry)

Yeah I used it, do I need to fully create a new character/customize first and then use it or?

yes character need to be crated to use boost

They give 3 if you re-play every cutscenes btw, and 4 if you re-play the game with korean dub

You should recieve your second powerpass right after using the first one

You can skip cutscenes during the level up. I haven't watched them.

Thankfully it worked after actually making a new character FIRST my bad guys pepega clapped for a minute there, I appreciate you all for helping though!
