Quest Strange mail bug

the quest doesn't appear for me, it says I already have it but it doesn't appear for me to press f5 someone help me please, fix this bug

See if the quest is in your journal "J" then make sure the check mark is activated. It's possible you turned this quest off by accident.

ya i had a few unchecked and they didnt show up till i pressed j and checked them lil bug happened once and not again....
