Did Lost ark killed my CPU?
I had i5 8400.
I had blue screen every 5 minutes.
I think it is because Lost Ark burning my CPU because i played all the day for a week and bc i can't kick the game for queue. My CPU wasn't able to carry all this overload and dead ?
What do you think ?

Ignore those saying potato. i5 8400 is more than enough for this game. Almost 10k on passmark and it's a 6 core cpu.

What's the code on the blue screen?

It's probably an issue with your drivers or another program conflicting with the game.

i have changed disk/ram/GPU every component and still blue screen until i changed my CPU

What's the code on the blue screen?
system_service_exception
system thread exception not handled wpprecorder.sys
memory management
kernel security check failure
irql not less or equal
attempted execute of noexecute memory
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
and a lot of more

I'm running the game on an ancient i5 4670k and its going full ham on cpu usage, but not getting any bsod, I do however miss a frame limeter ingame tbh, but what I did was to lock my fps to 60 in the Nvidia panel so its lowered the hammering of the cpu :)

Feels like something is dying in your pc.

Do you get bsod with other games too? Could be that you cpu is shutting down after reaching a certain temperature.

None of those have anything to do with hardware going bad. It's bad or corrupted drivers and incorrect memory management settings.

Biggest killer of computers is unlimited fps without any safeguards

VSYNC/limited FPS/Full Screen / NVIDIA limit are all needed to stop these

Second, look into your cooling setup

Thirdly, did you have any issues before this? When one of my video cards started to die i used to see glitches (like zombies that broke apart in d3 having textures all over the screen, but getting worse over time) it was the 3d adaptor on card dying

Well i changed every component of my PC and still BSOD until the last one CPU.

Did the game possibly push your hardware to limits? Yes.

Was the game the "cause" of the problem? No.

As others mentions hardware fault is through the "property" itself, which should ALWAYS have safety features built in - so it doesnt burn out etc.
