Stuck on loading screen

Hi,

I just want to know if someone is having a similar issue as me and whether any known solution exists.

When I tried to enter Morai Ruins as part of the main story the loading bar acted pretty strange. Not being smooth, but kind of lagging a bit. It gets slower and slower and comes to a full stop around 25%. The game freezes at this point and the process says "Not Responding" in Task Manager.
Whenever I log in to this character I'm instantly hit by the above as my character apparently is "in there", currently making me unable to play. This is my 3rd day not being able to get in.

I've tried restarting the game and my pc. I've tried lowering graphics settings, I've change between borderless and full screen mode. I've also verified Steam files.
I can play other characters, but not really motivated to do so, if I'm going to get the same issue at Morai Ruins.

I haven't had any issues with other dungeons.
I've create a bug report, but no one has replied to it (yet) (https://forums.playlostark.com/t/stuck-on-morai-ruins-loading-screen/194038).

I hope someone out there know of a solution.

while it wont help you now, i have a similar problem then you right now. how did you got your problem fixed?

I actually just managed to fix it.
As a last resort I deleted the game from Steam and afterwards deleted the remaining files left in the Steam folder.
I then redownloaded the entire game and was able to load in.

I had posted a bug report in the official forum. there, a friendly gm told me to validate my lost ark files. that took ~3min but fixed the problem for me.

I also logged in with another character first. maybe that made a difference?

I tried that multiple times with no luck :) But happy that I found a solution.
