Gunlancer low damage?

Where is my damage? I'm currently running barricade with combat readiness. I am pretty much unkillable and have probably 90%+ uptime with all my abilities.I use leap/lightning after bash etc. I know I'm not playing my class that wrong. I have around 600 specialization stat.

But, my friend's sorc of the same ilvl does 50% of the damage in a guardian raid. That means i probably did around 20% of the damage.

Where is my damage?

There's no such thing... If you're doing that low of damage, you're probably doing something wrong that you can't see.

My hardest hitting ability does 60k on a crit, while his average ability does over 100k tho?

Which raid were you doing, what was the gear score req? What is your current gear score? What is your attack power?

Do you realise that the amount of dmg as glancer you can actually soak in g. raid is like 3 times health bar of sorcerer and without even using pots. just git good.

This isn't about how much more damage I can soak than him. This is about where my damage is at though? I'm thinking about re-rolling at this point

And your friend's hardest hit as a sorc was 100k? O.o? You should both be hitting for over 150-200 easily. My hardest hit at 493 was 594k with my meteor.

my friend's LOWEST hitting. My highest is 60k on a crit

Gunlancer is one of the tankiest of the classes, makes sense that the DPS isn't on par with a glass cannon nuker like Sorceress .

Oh my apologies, misunderstood. Even still, there isn't anything inherently wrong with your build because your specialization etc won't take hold until your finalized stats anyways. What you can do, is use the song of trixion and go to the training grounds, spawn a scare crow and test your damage numbers there. If something isn't wokring for you, change your rotation or think about different skills in general?

Hahahaha!!! FAR from broken. A good berserker can keep up with a sorc if they know how to build it right. Compared to a Gunlancer, yeah... it might LOOK broken, but it's not.

That's not true. Gunlancer is a dps. There are no tank classes lol
