It's because u play on the older servers, I went to West today and there... It's the holy land :) on central I didn't get mine, so it will take a few more days there or u log in earlier the day.

Got your point, that's what I thought/am still thinking. But if you have to play on evening u have no choice. And there will be no solution within weeks to make things right. Got my characters on Central, so if there will be a fix in a short time I will come back. If not, I can use my time meanwhile :)

Okay.. so my friend just told me that everything works for him - he has the Aura, he can access the market, neither of those things works for me, and haven't worked for past 3 days... what the actual f?

The reason why I switched; no ques so I can play whenever I feel like it, I can actually do group content instead of constant "you can not do that right now and there are bonus login rewards. It sucks that I don't get any reimbursement for the character slots I bought, but I got tired of only being able to play in the mornings being literally stuck with my progress due to the matchmaking / instanced content issues.

the gift is, if you have purchased aura or support packs, you wont get them :) thats the gift. a big fat ♥♥♥♥ up in your arse. THATS the gift from this pathetic fukn companies :) enjoy it

Yeah, I understand. I felt exactly the same until yesterday... I just don't think they can fix the servers before I (or the people I play with) move on to other games if we just sit and wait. By the time they got New World sorted everyone I played with had quit.
