Vanquisher's Starter Pack

Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me on this. I just bought a Vanquisher's Starter Pack - I logged off and then back on, however I haven'T received any ingame bonuses like Mount, Pet etc.... Do you know how to claim the pack or return money?

What Region you playing in? EUC can take a while due to the servers being overwhelmed.
If on another Region wait 1 hour and after that contact the Support.

Same issue here, playing on Europe Central, Antares... its been one week now, customer service of amazon games keeps me patient... nothing happened here yet... still waiiting for it to be delivered. Strange thing is, I bought it twince, once as a present for my gf, she got it immediately... well ... lets see when it finaly arrives at my account

where did you reach Amazon support? Can't find appropriate support regarding this kind of issue :-(

Check mail and if its not there, check the market, its a tab with stuff there, bottom right.

I got clearly scammed by Steam..... They sold me product they do not gave me.... I wanted to refund but they refused.... omg

DLC cannot be refunded, trust me i tried once and it wouldnt let me. Also, if you live in any of the countries like EUC, it might take a while. otherwise contact steam support for the issue, i bet that will help

Did all off that before I hit Amazon Games Support, it's just not there!

I used Amazon Games Support Chat right away.
