How you get Lion Head Chinese dragon mount?

In that city with the Colosseum / Arena where you gotta fight 9 fighters or something. I saw some people have that mount. How you get it? And what's it called?

it's not a mount, it's a toy it turns you into the lion I have it in my bag. You have to complete the purple quest of touring around talking to the people you beat down, one of them is a mini game to compete in the lion tournament, you get the toy after completing it

Purple quest? Isn't it the light blue quests? The purple ones so far is for some guild. Correct me if I'm wrong, bit new on this. Seems like the light blue quests are the ones making me go around doing the talking to folks.

Got it and you're right. Right after the main quest is almost done (light blue main quest for that island, mainly after the final ninth fight), there's a lady that starts a purple quest in which you compete in a competition for lion heads. The quest as several back and forth errands but you get an item that you wear. It has one ability, no space ability like a mount. But it's cool though, thank you!
