Wardancer vs Striker question

Why Wardancers use the "tornado" a lot when i never see a SINGLE Striker that use his own tornado on PvP ? What change between the "blue" and the "yellow" tornado ?

Wardancer has an aura skill that does damage per second in an aoe around her so it stacks with using the tornado. it also increases movement speed. Her tornado pulls enemies in too and the aura pushes enemies away, basically stagger locking them.

Striker's one is quite weak in comparison because it doesn't have something like that to back it up. It doesn't pull enemies in either.
