Still can't use cash shop

Good morning, I'm a founder and have been trying to swipe for crystals every single day since Ark released. I'm not trying to whale out or anything, but still can't pay. Every time I choose to get more royal crystals and hit buy now, a brief loading screen appears and ends without anything happening. Please help me pay!

Same here, tried for multiple days on and cannot get more crystals.

you need to have the steam overlay turned on to be able to buy crystals

to add to what everyone else said, the game for steam has properties and the general steam setting as well for overlay.

In Library click on the game and look for a gear icon on the right hand side that says Manage. Click that and go to properties. Lost ark has its own properties for enable disable.

steam overall is Steam > Settings > In Game > enable overlay.

Hey everyone ive been trying to fix this problem for days now myself and what i did to make it work was i completely closed out of steam and reopened it doing -right clicking steam shortcut- "run as administrator" then logged in as normal opened up the game and the overlay worked just fine to purchase crystals then

I had this issue as well and don't know if it applies to anyone but it worked for me. If you guys have a program that closes out background apps when playing a game, try closing it. I had razor running, closed it, and the next game start up the overlay popped up and was able to buy crystals.
