Anyone having trouble buying crystals?
Been trying to buy the 9.99€ of crystals for the 2nd time but it says purchase failed. But if i try to buy the 19.99€ version it gives me the purchase steam window. Is it one time purchase? shouldnt be.
Anyone going through something similar?

Some items do have weekly and monthly limits. Royal crystals should not be one of them but you're not the only one reporting this. Don't worry though, an issue like that makes it a top priority. Should be fixed *soon*

i cant buy the $9.99 or $19.99 but it pulls up the purchase window for the $49.99 and $99.99 im not spending that much

Yeah it seems like each pack is for whatever reason a 1-time purchase. People reported that after buying a pack once they can't buy them again.

I have this problem too. Did this problem only occur recently? It's also my first time trying to buy the same pack, but other packs are fine.

For anyone still wondering: One reason for the inability to buy crystals is that one must activate the ingame overly in the Steam settings. When you activate the overlay and Lost Ark is already open, you have to restart the game. Then you should be able to buy crystals.

If it's timing out and saying "purchase failed" turn on steam overlay. That was my issue -- working now, but I haven't bought any packs just Aura. Might be weekly/daily caps or one time purchase like the lvl 50 chest

I had the same issue a few weeks ago, that lasted for a few days.
I contacted support about it and then within 24 hours the issue was gone and I've been able to make purchases since without issue.
So I just assumed they fixed something at the account level.

im having the same issue, iv given a ticket to steam, waiting fore a reply, tried literally everything thats out there and nothing works
