i mean they are holding back and releasing skins in waves so people have time to buy things from the shop and not just choose what looks best. also most people are running the chaos dungeon gear sets since it just gives them to you.... + if you get a better gear-set when you transfer the stats to the new set it transfers the looks of the old set.... i hate that.... alot

I've been told by someone who played RU or KR servers that there is a transmog system to turn armor sets into skins, which should let people mix n match to create more unique outfits, but we don't have that system yet.

As in most games that sale skins the art team doesn't put huge amounts of time into doing armor you'll just change a bunch of times while leveling. They design skins you can purchase or earn in game. So pony up or go work for one
