Gunslinger - such low damage....

Gunslinger at under level 20 is majorly unimpressive. It takes a long time to kill even ordinary mobs (as compared to my other characters). Even my Bard is (literally) three times faster with ordinary mobs and twice as fast with bosses. So.... Does Gunslinger get better at higher levels?

Once you get some points in the skills it improves a lot. Depending on which trees you choose.

When you get all the sniper abilities it becomes the best, imo you want to be in pistols as little as possible filler for shotgun/sniper cds

Bard does nice AOE. But idk what you are even going on about. This game is easy and everything dies fast no matter what you play. You might just be trash. Go play a druid in wow and say how ♥♥♥♥ it is at lv 10 compared to it dominating in raids at lv60

Im a gunslinger and i dont change my pistols, never, i only get to the max lvl my 4 or 5 main skills (i usually change my keyboard / mouse for gamepad), mobs only hold me 1 or 2 skills before die....... i never finish my 4 or 5 main skills......

Max your main skills and choose your favorite tree, u will never need switch your guns.....

just wait until you get a few more rifle and shotgun skills. In the end you do some nasty damage and your first ult can crit for big numbers. Enjoy your dps monster

Why because I said they might be trash? Alright, Edit: You might need to know how to line up attacks and perhaps do the tutorial more. Playing a video game for the first time can be challenging.

Bouncing between all three trees is key to keeping your damage up, so expect to visit the other skills regularly if you want to take gunslinger to a higher level. I wasn't fond of rifle early on and avoided it. I only used shotgun occasionally because of the big damage, but the long cool down kept me away. But once I started unlocking more skills and learning to chain my attacks across trees, the gunslinger became really fun. She feels almost like dancing when it's going well.

Huh? Pistols are more for movement and some debuff stuff

If you don't like shotgun you can take the engraving for rifle/pistol action but the big numbers come from shotgun and rifle. If you don't like to swap weapons you should look at male artillerist or sharpshooter

See what I posted above. All your damage comes from shotgun and rifle. If you don't like weapon swap its not going to go good for you later in the game
