Swiftness reduces the cooldown on stun skills and domination makes the stun harder to resist or last longer or something.
I imagine EU and NA will flip flop between those two metas instead of just doing one of them.
Domination: Provides the most damage gain compared to the other stats (If pushed).
Specialty: Some classes do run this over others however it works differently on each class and for the majority of which does not provide a better boost over domination.
Crit: less then 1% crit chance per point and does not increase crit damage. In PVP Crit is only a 50% increase hence why domination provides more average damage. You put one point in crit because .03~% chance to crit is more than zero. Some classes have their specialty stat give more crit chance than crit.
Summoners usually run max specialty.
