"Stern Enhanced Timber" location?

Trying to get my Sturmbrecher to level 6 (bought a nice skin) But it requires wood which I cannot find and google has no answers. Where do I get "Stern Enhanced Timber" the processor in stern did not have it.

You can purchase Stern Enhanced Timber from Plumpcrab Fishing ships, which are merchant ships in the ports at Rohendel, and other continents on the Western side of the map. They will cost 25 Sceptrum coins for each one. To get the Sturmbrecher to level 7, you'll need 62 of the Stern Enhanced Timber.

Level 6 and 7 mats should be at Rohendel, 8 and 9 at Feiton and 10 at Punika, but it will show you where to get it when you hover over the item.
