Awakening Bug?

Completed the quest line to unlock my first awakening skill. It said go speak to Beatrice. I did this and the quest now says all steps completed. But I don't see the new skill anywhere. Checked my inventory, checked the skill list, nothing. I see videos of people getting the new skill mailed to them but I haven't received anything.

Any suggestions? Obviously ruins the game if I go through all that and don't even get the main skill.

It's bugged since launch. Apparently when you Powerpass your alt you can't do awakening on your main. Bug can occur even without that and support doesn't know when and if it will be fixed. What a joke. On some forum it said you can google next quest and what npc should give it and check if it's there, on some people just quest on map wasn't showing and it was there or check steam files. For me it doesn't work, and a lot of people have this problem.

Know if this bug has been fixed? Currently struggling with my berserker main.
