Please allow us to buy Royal Crystals through the Store page on steam.

Every single time I try to buy the royal crystal 25 dollar pack IN GAME, i get "Guide: Purchase Failed" - and no attempt to open steams overlay happens.

Can I please just get the option to buy them through steams store page for lost ark? Thanks.

Not going to happen. Not allowed in ESO either. These are tightly controlled Cash Shop premium currencies. To many issues with having 3rd parties try to sell them.

Just as an aside, are you sure Steam Overlay is enabled. Mine was not, to my surprise.

Could also just be a Cash Shop maintenance thing as well.

My steam overlay is enabled, as I can still press shift tab while in game to open the overlay. Maybe it's a cash shop maintenance?

It's odd because if I try to buy the 12.99 or the 25.99 packs of gems, I get purchase failed. However If I click on the 66 dollar or 133 dollar packs, they work just fine.....

According to Devs the game server has to connect to a commerce server for cash shop related stuff and due to volume it's hit or miss. They are working on a fix, eta is next week. Also if you have purchases not showing, crystal aura, etc it's not gone it's due to the above server issue.
