if you bought it over steam id should be already listed in your libary if you click on lost ark and scroll down a bit :)

nvm its listed under dlc in you right click on lost ark and go into properties

i had a transaction kill itself once, in the end i had the steamfunds and could buy it again since the trade didnt go through
