A Knight in the Shining Armor 3/3 bugged?

I'm trying to get the Rhetramis Adventure Tome to 100%, and for that I need the third part of A Knight in Shining Armor 3/3 which is located in the east of the Rhetramis border. Unfortunately I can't interact with him where he's supposed to be, is there a known bug?

No, you're picking up the wrong thing. It's slightly to the left from what you're trying to pick up

I was able to pick it up now, I just didn't know that you should be quick with multi-part stories and not do fights or quests in between.

After you pick part 1, there is a timer in your buffs above health. A lot of people didn't knwo about that, me included.

yeah its bugged. people say you have to retry to do it few times before it works... did it twice now and still no luck on 3rd part.

EDIT: I tried 5 times now - I give up.

I just used the papunika site's guide, went straight to each one, grabbed it, and it completed fine. So while it may be bugged now, it wasn't like a week ago or so when I did it.

When you get the 1st clue, you have a buff on your buff area that gives you 20 minutes for you to get the other two clues. I just did the story.
