Glacier Island Requirements

Does anyone know how to get the quest? I already know you are supposed to get the first quest to do anything on the island from a guy on Pleyto, but that guy has no quest for me. I cant even interact with him so whats the requirement for that guy to give me the quest to Glacier Island?

If someone knows, it would be much appreciated as oddly noone shows any info about the requirements to get the quest. Everyone only shows that you need to go to Pleyto.

You need to do the main story in vern to get the icebreaker ship...without it you cannot enter Shushire so I think thats why the quest in Pleyto doesn't show up

Thanks for the suggestion but im already at 560GS in Rothun. So it should not be a questing issue

Being a certain GS and driving to a random part of the map is not the same thing as following the MSQ and proper Side Quests that drive you to the right place.

I mentioned it because of the main story requirements to get to this GS. So do you know if there is a side quest connected to the Pleyto Questgiver?

No I only went with my main there, Im hardly doing anything with my alt so far

Does the alt by any chance pick it up automatically because you do finish certain quest lines automatically if you use the powerpass? Thanks for the link tho im gonna check that out, hopefully that will resolve it.

Sadly it was not the case either. I did not have the quest on any of my characters. Neither finished or available or in progress. This looks more and more to me like a bug.

I have done the quests related to glacier island and got the island token with no problems, it's not bugged. You are probably missing some quest or other prerequisite, but since I have been doing every single quest I find, I don't know what exactly you are missing.

It is very much bugged, I have all the requirements and way more and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ npc does not have the quest. The map location also only shows another layer (the docks) instead of the Mathias npc but there is nothing there either. Nobody on the internet knows what's missing and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. I am ilvl1490 and I'm not able to get rid of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mokoko because of it.

Yeah yeah ur all right I messed that up I had a box checked on my quest list where I couldnt see me other characters quest and when I unchecked that box I found out that it was accepted on an alt so I just cucked myself hard and got mad thanks guys you're sweet for checking on me
