What's your favorite class so far?

Genuinely curious at this point what a lot of people seem to be having a lot of fun with.

I've played a lot of different things but I won't lie -- Berserker just seems to hit different. It's basic, but it's the good kind of basic. But it takes that concept and ascends it to another tier altogether with it's amazing visceral animation and just how raw and undiluted they managed to capture that brutality aspect.

But what are your thoughts? What really makes your class vibe with you?

I liked Soulfist a lot, but found as I got further into the game, I was not so good at skillshots in ranged and swapped to Wardancer and fell in love.

Main shadowhunter. ilvl 580 or so. Meh. The Human form specialty is not fun. Way way way way too many buttons to push.. My dexterity isn't what it used to be.
The demon form specialty is nice. Lots of uptime with the Ulti.. and feels satisfying

Pally. Just started on power pass. Dunno

Gunlance, lvl 50. Stopped. Nice, Super tanky (compared to a shadowhunter he is a TRUE tank, no matter what all the youtubers said. A tank with moderate DPS).

But of those three, I'm hoping I like pally. Gunlance, and Shadow aren't enough to keep me in the game for a year, that's for sure.

Hoping summoner comes out soon. but from limited play I had with it in beta, it didn't seem like a "true summoner" in most MMOs. so I guess I will have to see how it plays out.

Going as deadeye, has pistols, shotgun and rifle. Pretty fun gunning down my enemies in cold blood.

Special point, Pallys and Bards are way way undervalued. The raids that you can't heal make having them extremely important, especially since so many noobs think "Rec ilvl 420" means "oh I just hit 420.. on gear, but nothing else is up to par, and I still don't know my build, or rotations.. Then die 3 times in four minutes. (now all deaths are taken for the other 4 people, for rest of raid)
Pallys and bards can ALMOST compensate for that scrub, but usually not.

Sharpshooter. That's the only one I'm playing right. Still like it. After getting class engravings it also feels much easier to manage resources. But it's not cool flashy class, people expecting some gunslinger quality animations will be disappointed.

So far, Sharpshooter. The bow has a mechanism where it's folded up on your back when not in use and during cutscenes it's always in the wrong state for the situation, like when engaging an enemy but the bows still folded up in his hands and vice versa. The skills aren't insanely flashy in concept, mostly just practical. HOWEVER. I am addicted to lines and cones at range. Even though the monsters are easy (lvl 32 atm) it's like a minigame in and of itself lining everything up to obliterate a horde while scooting out of dangers way with each shot.

Sorceress is just too much fun. I play the sound in my head from that infomercial all the time when I am harvesting/foraging and enemies are in the way.

Loving Paladin. Survival is just amazing, and people can tell when there is a support in the group vs when they don't have one. Makes a huge difference.

I started off as a bard and absolutely love bard, but when i tried sorc I never stopped playing sorc after hitting 50 on both. So currently maining Sorc until Arcana/Artist.

Why sorc was so fun for me, is hard to explain, the class just spoke to me on a different level then bard, and im usually someone who plays support in majority of the games I play. the sorc is fun but squishy and the current build im running is super fun. Punishing Strike is so satisfying

So far, Berserker. I just like wielding a huge sword that deals tons of damage with a lot of flashy effects. I like paladin too because you actually feel useful not regarding dps because of party buffs and other stuff.

Benn running with 2 other guildies, and our 4th rando usually dies right off the bat and we just carry it, and more often than not I get MVP on my Pally. Such a good feeling to feel like you are carrying as a support class.
