Twitch drop not showing up?

I claimed the hoverboard on twitch but it didn't show up in game? Anyone know what I should do if this happens?

have the same problem.... 3 drops (2 pets and the mount) dont show up

The same for me, moreover, my paid aura, which I still had the day before yesterday, has disappeared again ... This game is f#cking! Amazon should put those paws off the games and sell only books again!

I'm almost certain that my pet from twitch drops bugged and I can't redeem it, yesterday it was on my product inventory, I tried to redeem it and got an error saying the shop response was slow. Today after the maintence it wasn't appearing on my product inventory, people told me to wait it would appear... Now I was able (somehow) to open the inventory and only the golden mount was there, not the pet.
My 2 problems now are I have no pet and I tried redeeming the mount and got the same problem, I'm afraid it will bug and disapear, just like my pet... Would like to know what could I do too...

Same, plus my aura constantly disappearing. It's been gone for 2 hours now, and yesterday too, and the day before. At this point it's a daily feature.

You'd imagine the store related features would be the ones working the best since it's Amazon and all, but boy howdy man.

i watched probably 30+ hrs and 3 of the drop stuck at progress. Not moving at all, tried to contact supports but no help at all.
