AGS unlegitemetaly keeping my ban....

So Steam took a precautionary action to handle bots on my account after me purchasing already for 50 euros on Royal Crystals.... Of course I cleared this out with Steam Support and they acknowledged every information that I sent them was correct and they noted my account so this doesn't happen in the future... NOTE: I never bought anything other than in-game through steam.... Didn't get any pack from G2A nor did RMT of some sort... I literally played for 5 hours and thats it

Great! Steam now accepts me for who I am and not some hacker/bot.... I'm also a trusted member since I bought a 10$ game....

So after everything got sorted out with Steam, I went to submit a ban appeal since the action Steam took, got me commerce locked.... Since Steam says nothing got refunded but rather put on hold.... It clearly states refund in my purchase history... Yet Steam explains it all in my given evidence... Like thats out of my control how Steam handles that.... But I as a legitimate customer should not bear any of the fault here...

I've just received a statement from AGS saying the ban was merited... So I basically get scammed from 2 major companies for doing everything legitimate and getting a simple account lock due to steam precautionary actions that got sorted out...

THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS LEGITIMATE at this point and am ready to file a court appeal....

HELP ME!!! AGS CS says to just simple send another ban appeal... I MEAN WTF??!!!

Bro... Its a new account, steam knows its linked to my main account xD Just because you think it is doesn't mean it is... Its also stated in the evidence... Steam verified my account... That is enough and nothing sus about it... Even bought Jedi the final order for goodness sake... Not that thats bad tho :D Just making sure that everything is in order for Lost Ark and steam to have full access...

I do find it interesting that you decided for whatever reason to create a new account and link it to your Steam account in order to post here though. Interesting indeed. The situation sucks, to be sure. If AGS support was better, they would have no issue clearing it up for you. However...

You have 0 chance of a succesful court case. You are out 0 money, you were just banned from a free to play game. There is nothing actionable here, just a whole lot of suck.

I was talking with fellow players yesterday and they told me of a similar case. The guy purchased crystals through Steam with his credit card and because of some technical problem that had nothing to do with the player, the purchase was canceled and refunded, then AGS locked his account.
Although he cleared the issue with Steam, he was unable to get his Lost Ark account back with AGS. Every contact made with AGS was useless and he could clearly see by the answers he got that AGS customer support was not making any effort to help him, just get rid of him.

Here's a newsflash. Not even contacting Amazon can do anything for anyone. And they will make that crystal clear if you open a ticket right now and ask them if they can help you with ANYTHING in game. Go ahead. It's pointless to contact them

this all just shows how little Amazon cares about their customers, how a trash company like that managed to grow to be as large as they are today is beyond me.
and how Smilegate could allow Amazon handle the western release of their game is beyond me as well, it's one of the biggest mistakes they could have possibly made, only company equally bad or worse could possibly be EA or Ubisoft, should have told them to f off and do it themself or find someone else to help them with contracts leaving them with the final say in any matters done.

Lol given that Asmongold probably got more gifts than that through his gameplay from his viewers. I'm sure 300k is the first week or so sounds like it will more likely come from gold bots (back then they make a lot gold).

Its ridiculous, this is the main account of ToushiroSan and they replied me a 2nd time that my ban was merited... I explained them that AGS pretty much scammed me at this point since Steam is giving me all the intel to get me unbanned and I feel like the mods do little effort to even check the evidence provided.... Either they illetarite or they just blind... Steam states clearly my account is lifted from fraudulent suspicion lol...
