In the EU this is not legal from what I've seen
no one believes this for one simple reason, its a free game and you seem unhappy you had to spend money to lift the restrictions.
That alone tells me you certainly wont pay a lawyer to take a case to court you have a 50/50 chance of winning. (probably less tbh but you know)
Steam also doesn't ban you, amazon does and puts in a request to add it to your account, on hold means you have been given the refund but it has a wait period depending on where you refunded it to wallet or CC.
If its CC im almost certain that can take up to 30 days since valve generally releases outgoing funds at the end of the month, if it was for an in game purchase then yes you would get immediately banned in game.
I am absolutely serious. I want to see someone actually have the courage to do more than talk. I want to see someone sue them. But you aren't that person, you dont have the courage to do it.

After a purchase of Rolay crystals in Lost ark I've received a notice for fraudulent behaviour. I filled in everything in steam from my own cards... Is there something I should be worried about? Any help would be advised!

As far as I can see from bank accounts, everything is in order... Data is correct both during purchase as on my personal information.

This is my 4th attempt to get a hold of someone regarding what happened. Can someone elaborate the issue along with why I received this in the first place after buying Royal crystals... I have confirmed everything is in order and would like someone to validate that along with me. Also My account on steam is restricted and would like to clear out any misinformation you might have.
Really hoping someone answers this.

Type of card: Visa
Other steam accounts: diedevdb (Steamname: CliX)
My id doesn't show any address itself since in BE its electronically applied. Also on the backside of the ID I blacked out my social security number for some part as I don't like sharing it like this. Should this mandatory, I'll share it, but if its not I'd like to keep it this way. City on the backside states Begijnendijk since I only moved out like a month ago, this does not change along with the electronically adapted part.

Our fraud protection system detected unusual purchase activity on this account and cancelled it. The Steam account was locked to protect the cardholder from additional charges.
No funds were collected by us, so no refunds will be sent. Please feel free to re-purchase anything that was removed.
These charges should automatically drop off of your credit card statement, but you may need to contact your credit card company if that doesn't happen in a few days.
Since I can see that this account isn't being used for fraud, I've removed the lock and noted the account to prevent similar problems in the future.

Thank you for lifting the lock... But this however put me in quite the hard spot, since your lockout caused my recent purchase for Lost Ark to be refunded or cancelled after me using that purchase already in-game causing me to be permanent banned for Code of Conduct- Commerce Lock.
Now I have to do extra effort to create a ban appeal for literally no reason... I know this is because of my security, but Amazon Games Customer service is anything but great at the moment and I really don't want to spend my time fixing that either since this was all done on your END... Not to mention all the lost time I have not being able to play the game... How can we solve this in an easy manner and is there some way of compensation for this? Since nothing is wrong anymore on my Steam account, but everything is wrong for Lost Ark and this did not solve anything other than me getting banned from a game I did everything legtimaly...
Hoping for a good solution!

I'd also like to add attached JPG. Since nothing was refunded as you said on your end, the picture clearly stated refunded in my purchase history... Like I said before, this made me permanent banned from LOST ARK due to commerce lock (which is caused due to the refund in your purchase history)..
I'd like support to get me a ban appeal to Lost Ark explaining this since I got banned from a game due to your actions for no specific reason other than assumptions... I'm outraged at this points to be fair...

I'd like to receive a written statement here from your end to show as evidence that my permanent ban in-game (Lost Ark) happened due to your actions on your end. That I Toushirosan did nothing wrong and my purchases got falsly refunded due to your safety restriction... Otherwise, my ban appeal will have 0 value as it clearly stated REFUND....
Its been more than a week that i'm banned, my subscription is wasted for a week, all the materials for a week just gone...

I would like to get someone to contact me this instant... I've sent this entire conversation along with my ban appeal... AGS simply said the ban was merited in their case... When YOUR precautionary actions caused the ban... Even when I cleared it out, AGS kept the ban....
I am scammed both by STEAM and AGS at this point.... This is ridiculous...
