Reskin ticket?

How does it work?
I mean,if i click it i have 1 reskin bound to my account in the server or i have to use it on the character and reskin on the spot?
My plan was to keep it until we get more hairs and stuff.

It's active on the server you used it
Should be active for about a year for the one they gave and you can use it whenever you want during this time on the loggin screen by clicking the "reskin" button or whatev is it called.

Just an fyi so you don't try holding onto it for a year, the description says it expires in September. 6 months.
