they are just a vocal minority
+1 made me laugh
My approach may be a little different and pure luck.
I decided to run though the whole map hitting all the teleport's that I could, when I was about level 14. I just ran and dodged when it got tough.
I got to a point in the some ruins where there was a friendly group camped, and there was no exit to go to a higher area from there.
I was able to buy some purple items which aren't level specific they were better than things I couldn't ever equip yet. much better especially the staff which had a base damage of 177.
There was nowhere else to go so I teleported back to the start and resumed doing the quests.
Much easier to do, the Snakes Tail was one of the first things I did, because that was the first place I died and I didn't get through.
It was practically a walk through with the better gear. I've gone on beyond that now and am level 20 but still much tougher than I would have been without the gear I got from merchants along the way to the last area on this side of the map.
So if you can go ahead and check the merchants look for purple gear that you can equip even at a pretty low level.
A hint for newbs, don't spread you points around early in the game. Pick four attacks and level then up and keep using them, I have some of my attacks at level 8 much better than having 8 attacks at level 4.
90% getting bounced in the air or on the ground
That's poor design, not much a player can do about it
i don't say that everyone should know everything about the Game, but holy sh*t once you start to run around in circles instead of using a Flare you get a report for botting from me.
Can't understand English
Don't care
Turned off Chat for some reason
Actually running blind.
So they took 20 minutes trying to kill Vertus. I stopped trying entirely in the 4 minutes after spamming to go for Nacrasena's tail. I just afk'd.
FUNNY ENOUGH And I know the devs have good intention with this raid. Is to teach players the value of Stagger and Weak Point. Every player including Casuals is getting "rewarded" by learning.
Sadly I'm sorry there are no help for some players, even if you explained in detail.
each run was a success due to this
I explained it too, it worked other than my last run as a Bard where the sorc refused to attack the tail and actually ran away from it and wanted to kill Helgaia instead because it gave “an even bigger buff” lol
I think it is more on SG/AGS this time. I wouldn't expect to have break a monster part to defeat this guardian raid. This is something completely new in the game while not being hinted at anywhere.
So it is understandable people could not notice this and have a bad time with the raid. Especially when in it called "casual".
People like you just add nothing to communities. You're probably a higher skilled player and just can't grasp not everyone will or can have the same skills as you. While I do agree some of the complaining is off, some of the boss mechanics in this game are just pure cheese. Maybe not for tryhards or hardcores with super fast reaction times but for most. I have a pretty good net worth and retired before the age of 40. Seeing people cry about the "filthy casuals" and claiming they suck simply because they aren't as skilled would kind of be like me going and bashing people that live paycheque to paycheque and wondering why they suck so much at making money since I didn't face that problem.
Basically, have some freaking empathy/understanding and grasp not everyone is the same as you.
Its just the people who think going in blind in a dungeon / raid is "easy" and they'll "learn" it. Those people should be removed from the game cuz they waste everyone's time by wiping the whole team over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
Had multiple people who said "oh can u explain in 2 sentence what to do"
>me explained
>they die for 2h straight and refuse to google up the mechanics.
