There's a reason why there's multiple skill page for you to quickly swap through. Your ideal loadout depends on what content you are doing. So to answer your question that type of skill perk is good when you are doing mobs/world stuff. Don't bring that to boss encounters because it will be useless.
Yeah, but how much of the enemies are challenge level and below? Would you say that's good for 50% of the PvE ? If the percentage of it being useful is bad then i'm not going to get it.
And is there a way to duplicate your previous preset chosen skills just to do some minor changes? I don't wanna redo all the points and whatnot.
chaos and overworld i can see it being ok but def better ones out there - not like the content is hard
other tho 100% useless
I mean how many boss do you encounter? Ofc there will be a lot more challenge and below monsters. Its not really about the % of the enemy, but rather what you actually need. Mobs are easy enough to deal where the extra damage dont really make a difference. I mean if you are going to do like 20 chaos dungeons in a row then its worth setting up a page for it imo otherwise its not a big deal. The hard content in this game like every game is boss fight not mobs. So if you are only going to have one load out I would personally have that load out made for boss encounter.
Yes there is. There's literally a preset option that includes everything from equipment to skill. Click on character->integrated preset. Other system like skill preset and equip preset also exist. Integrated preset incorporates everything.
My understanding is Challenge monsters have a yellow outline to them. You will see them rarely across the world map and you will maybe see 1 or 2 inside Abyss dungeons. 2nd zone in Chaos Dungeons spawns multiple. So if you have a skill that says "challenge or below" you are doing more damage to everything in the game except Bosses.
